The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to article 4 of the Law “On state Procurement” (re procurement planning for railway transport)

The bill (Reg. No. 2154a) suggests supplement part one of article 4 of the Law “On State Procurement” with a new paragraph, under which “procurement of railway rolling stock as well as services connected with its capital repairs and modernization, construction and reconstruction of railway transport objects is performed according to annual plan or on a long term (five-year) basis.
